Send property photos and video tours

A listing starts with the property, not with a generic campaign. For one flat you may have dozens of RAW shots, the edited selection, the floor plan, a vertical clip, the virtual tour footage and versions sized for several portals. The owner wants to see the material, the office needs to publish quickly, and an interested buyer asks for images and documents in a form that is easy to open.

Transferify keeps that handover tied to the property. You build one package, send one link, and the recipient downloads without an account. This page is not the same as the one for agencies: here the unit of work is the listing, with photos, floor plans and a virtual tour, not a campaign with banners and reports for several channels.

One package per property

When the material for three flats sits in the same archive, a photo ends up in the wrong listing. Split the transfers by property and by stage: the selection for the owner, the final package for publication, or extra material for a buyer.

1. Make a folder named with the internal address or property code, without needless personal details in the archive name.
2. Keep the original photos apart from the edited selection and the versions sized for portals.
3. Add the floor plan, the tour video and a short index saying which files are ready to publish.
4. Name the package with the property and the date, so a new version is not mixed up with a withdrawn one.
5. Send each important step its own link, and record in your CRM which package you delivered.

This way of working helps when property photos have to go out fast, but it does not turn Transferify into a CRM. Conversations, agreements and the listing status stay in the tool you manage the property in.

A hosted link for the portal, peer-to-peer for the large video

The hosted mode suits the final photo set. You upload once, send the link to the photographer, the owner or the portal, and can close the laptop. Recipients download at different times, without an account.

For a virtual tour video above the hosted limit there is Instant peer-to-peer. Instant is free up to 5 GB on the free plan, and any paid plan unlocks any size. The condition is that it runs live: sender and recipient keep their browsers connected until the transfer is done. If the portal collects the material tomorrow, hosting is more practical; if the video editor is available now, peer-to-peer saves you cutting the clip. Free is for small, short handovers

On the free plan the number of transfers is not capped, but live transfers share one storage allowance. You get 50 downloads in a calendar month, and links close after 1–3 days. A set optimised for a portal may fit; the original photos and the 4K tour may need peer-to-peer or a plan with a larger hosted size.

Password and download alerts start on Basic. Zero-Knowledge encryption is available on the Premium plan. An alert tells you whether and when a download started, never who started it. Plus lets you extend the expiry of a transfer you have sent. Premium adds download statistics, your logo and colours on every delivery and a branded link address. Look at the current plans before a campaign keeps many properties live at once.

Public for the listing, controlled for documents

Photos cleared for publication do not need the same handling as paperwork, unreleased sketches or the material for a property that has not launched yet. For the sensitive package you can turn on a password from Basic and share it separately. If the transfer service must not be able to read the contents, use the Premium plan's Zero-Knowledge encryption and keep the link needed for access carefully. A delivery page that looks like your agency

When you send the owner the material, the presentation can carry your brand. Your name and a short note on the download page are free on every plan. A branded page, with your logo and colour, is included on every plan, for a single flagship listing as much as for every listing after it. For regular deliveries, Premium adds your logo and colours on every delivery and a branded link address, alongside download statistics.

The portal still wins when you have to publish the price, the floor area and the features and manage leads. The CRM wins when you follow up owners and buyers. Transferify stays the pipe between the photo and video production and those systems: one complete, bounded package that is easy to download.
